This website is run by JivaFresh, which sells ready-to-eat dehydrated vegetarian Indian meals online. By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. Shipping is free above ₹499 and a flat ₹49 otherwise. You can order up to 10 of any item in one order.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted when we confirm it after payment (or, for cash on delivery where available, after we confirm it with you). If an item is out of stock or a price was shown wrongly, we may cancel that part of the order and refund what you paid.

Payment is made online through Razorpay (UPI, cards or netbanking), or by cash on delivery where the store has turned it on.

Coupons work only as described with them. For example, FIRST10 gives 10% off your first order. One coupon applies per order, coupons have no cash value and cannot be combined, and we may change or end offers at any time. We may withdraw a coupon used in a way it was not meant for.

See our shipping policy and returns and refunds pages. They form part of these terms. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Give us correct details and keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so tell us if you think someone else has used it.

Do not misuse the site: no attempts to break or overload it, no false orders, no scraping, and no abusive or unlawful reviews. We may suspend an account that breaks these rules.

All our meals are vegetarian and contain no animal products. Some packs contain onion and garlic, and others are made without them. Check the pack and the product page for ingredients and allergens before you buy or eat.

Add hot water, wait about 10 minutes, then eat it. Follow the directions on the pack and eat it soon after it is rehydrated. Do not keep or reheat rehydrated food for later. Dry packs can be stored until the date printed on the pack. If you have a food allergy or medical condition, check with your doctor.

The text, photos, logos and design on this site belong to JivaFresh or are used with permission. You may view and share pages for personal use, but please do not copy or use them commercially without asking us first. When you write a review you let us show it on the site.

We take care over our food and our site, but we provide them as they are. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, for delays caused by couriers or events outside our control, or for harm that comes from not following the pack directions or ignoring the allergen information. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits your rights under Indian consumer law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction. If you are unhappy about anything, write to us first from the contact page. We would rather fix it than argue. We may update these terms, and the date at the top shows the latest version.
